The dining room overlooks the lake shore and offers guests an opportunity to dine outside on the terraces in the warmer months or by the fire in the winter. Utilizing the best of the region’s produce the contemporary Australian dishes are best experienced matched with wines selected by one of the Sommeliers from the extensive Lake House Cellar.
Rooms and Suites are nestled in amongst six acres of manicured gardens, waterfalls and streams. Each are individually appointed with artwork from residential artist Allan Wolf-Tasker – who also has an open studio onsite where guests can see him at work. Guests have access to retreat facilities including tennis court, solar heated plunge pool, spacious lounge with billiard table and open fire and mountain bikes.
The state-of-the-art Spa offers nine treatment areas from idyllic hot mineral water tubs overlooking the lake to the latest in spa treatments and technology.
