The villas are within 5 minutes easy walking distance from Port Campbell's town centre and beach and a short drive away from the famous local attractions, including The Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and The Bay of Islands.

The complex features 20 architect-designed luxury villas, each stylishly furnished and fitted. Deluxe Villas offer three bedrooms (bedding is either 2 queen bedrooms and 1 twin loft or 1 queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms), while Luxury Villas have two bedrooms.

The company also operates 20 Ate Restaurant & Bar in the heart of the main street, featuring modern Australian cuisine, using local produce including fresh crayfish and local seafood.
